Food recognition, calorie estimation, and recipe generation are automated features and may be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for dietary decisions.
The App is provided for informational and self-tracking purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical or nutritional decisions.
Some features may depend on Apple services such as HealthKit or iCloud. Your use of those services is also governed by Apple’s terms, permissions, and availability. We are not responsible for outages or restrictions in third-party platform services.
You remain responsible for the photos, text, nutrition logs, and other information you submit to the App. See our Privacy Policy for details about how that data is handled.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect calorie accuracy, or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including inaccurate estimates, data loss, or inability to use connected services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
