MagicPhoto is designed for creators who care about privacy. We do not sell personal information, run third-party ads, or process your library on remote servers. Edits take place on-device unless you explicitly enable iCloud sync or share files.

Information We Collect

• Photos you import for editing. They remain on your device if you explicitly save them in the gallery/iCloud account or in the sandbox directory of the app; we never see them and process them.
• Optional presets, styles, filters, looks, and export settings you save to sync via iCloud.
• Diagnostics you voluntarily email to us when requesting support.
• We don't collect any other personal information or face data.
• We don't plan to collect/get access or process any image that you import into MagicPhoto.

How We Use Information

Data you create fuels product features like export, preset sync, and personalized suggestions. Support conversations are used solely to troubleshoot your request and are deleted when the ticket closes.

Storage & Security

MagicPhoto stores project data in Apple-protected containers. When iCloud sync is enabled, Apple encrypts the transfer and storage. Please secure your device passcode and back up responsibly.

Third Parties

We do not include advertising SDKs. Anonymous analytics (e.g., crash reports) may be collected by Apple to help us understand stability. These reports exclude your photo library and personal content.

Children’s Privacy

MagicPhoto is intended for individuals 13 years or older. If you believe we have received information from a minor, contact us so we can delete it promptly.
