VoxNote: Audio Journal is built for private journaling. We do not sell personal information and we do not use your notes for advertising. Your diary content stays on your device unless you explicitly choose to share, export, or back it up.

Information We Handle

  • Notes you write, audio messages you record, and drawings or images you attach.
  • Optional app preferences such as lock settings and theme choices.
  • Support emails you send voluntarily when requesting help.

How Data Is Used

Your data powers core features: daily entries, audio playback, speech-to-text transcription, search, and note protection with password or biometrics. We use support messages only to respond to your request.

Security

App access can be protected by password, Face ID, or Touch ID. Biometric checks are handled by Apple system APIs; we do not receive or store biometric templates.

Sharing and Third Parties

We do not share your private note content with advertisers. If you use optional platform services (such as iCloud backup), that data is processed under Apple's terms and policies.

Your Choices

  • Enable or disable password/biometric lock at any time.
  • Delete entries, recordings, or attachments whenever you want.
  • Export your notes if you need a personal backup.
