Safety

SwiftMind provides educational content but is not a substitute for professional advice. Always verify critical information independently.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You can stop using the App at any time and request data deletion.

Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
