By installing or using RusVPN, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application or related backend services.
You may use RusVPN to authenticate, select available servers, generate connection profiles, and establish VPN tunnels through RusVPN-managed infrastructure. You must comply with applicable law and may not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
Some features require a valid account and backend access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.
RusVPN depends on backend services, server inventory, and network connectivity. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, successful connection to every node, or permanent access to a specific server.
We may ship updates, including Android release metadata and direct download links, to maintain compatibility, security, or functionality. You are responsible for installing updates when required for continued use.
Your use of RusVPN is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be secure, error-free, or suitable for every jurisdiction or network environment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of RusVPN, including loss of access, loss of data, or service interruption.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of RusVPN after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
