By installing or using SimulatorVideoGrabber, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
You may use SimulatorVideoGrabber to capture, trim, frame, mix audio for, and export videos from iOS Simulator for lawful personal, development, documentation, testing, and marketing purposes.
You retain ownership of recordings, imported audio, project choices, and exported videos you create with the app. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to record, use, publish, or distribute any content shown in your Simulator sessions or added as audio.
You may not misuse the app, interfere with its normal operation, attempt to bypass licensing or Pro feature restrictions, redistribute the app without permission, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Optional Pro features may be offered through Apple's in-app purchase or subscription system. Billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and account management are handled through your Apple ID according to Apple's terms and App Store rules.
SimulatorVideoGrabber depends on macOS, Xcode Simulator behavior, StoreKit, and Apple platform APIs. Features may change when Apple updates macOS, Xcode, Simulator, or App Store policies.
Your use of SimulatorVideoGrabber is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every Simulator runtime, flawless exports, or suitability for every production workflow.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SimulatorVideoGrabber, including loss of recordings, missed deadlines, export errors, or inability to access paid features.
We may update these Terms as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
