You may use the App for personal journaling and note-taking. Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App's normal operation.
You retain ownership of the notes, recordings, drawings, and images you create or import. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable law and does not violate third-party rights.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the App, including loss of data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
